Seattle Times Reports on Public Defense Crisis in Washington

The Seattle Times recently wrote an article on the public defense crisis in Washington State, including issues with funding and caseloads. Terrell Marshall attorney Toby Marshall was quoted along with Seattle University Professor Bob Boruchowitz.

Terrell Marshall is currently representing Victoria Blumhorst and Colin Charbonneau, the directors of the public defense agencies in Spokane County, in a suit against the County over its efforts to increase the caseloads of public defense attorneys.
