On December 20, 2012, Spokane Superior Court Judge Linda Tompkins certified a class of thousands of Washington home care workers formerly employed by Home Care of Washington, Inc. (“HCOW”). Plaintiffs allege that HCOW failed to pay them and other similarly situated Class members for all hours worked, including overtime compensation. Trial is currently set in the case for April 29, 2013.
