On January 25, 2013, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington granted final approval to a class-action settlement reached in Bronzich v. Persels & Associates, et al. The settling defendants have paid a total of $2,200,000 to settle the claims against them. Class counsel anticipates that checks to class members will be issued by the end of February 2013.
