This week, two Yakima valley dairies agreed to a consent decree settling a lawsuit that alleged that the dairies mishandled cow waste. The consent decree will require that the dairies make several improvements to their facilities designed to improve their waste-handling and monitoring systems.
TMLG was proud to support the work of our co-counsel at the Law Office of Charles M. Tebbutt, and the Law Offices of Andrea Rogers. The lawsuit was originally filed in 2019 on behalf of Community Association for Restoration of the Environment, Friends of Toppenish Creek, and the Center for Food Safety.
