Beth Terrell Appointed Interim Lead Class Counsel in Capital One TCPA Class Action

On February 15, 2013 TMLG member Beth Terrell and Jonathan Selbin of Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann & Bernstein, LLP were designated as Interim Co-Lead Counsel in a class action lawsuit against Capital One for alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”).

Plaintiffs allege that Capital One placed collection calls using automatic dialers and robocalls without consumer consent in violation of the TCPA.
